The Nollywood Forever Website Makeover

The Nollywood Forever Movie Reviews Site has undergone a makeover. As some of you may be well aware last week there was a problem with the comments showing up on the site, as well as the fact that new comments couldn’t be made. So I rectified that but then I was looking at the site and thinking it needs a makeover so decided to revamp. Everything is still more or less the same but laid out differently.

I’ve Been Gone For A Minute

Hey people sorry for the delay in movie reviews and news. I’ve been away for a month on vacation sunning it up. I had planned on posting while I was gone. I even stocked up on movies the day before I left and packed them, but then on my first attempt I realised the DVD Player in the apartment didn’t play VCD’s. *SHOCK HORROR* It would only play region 4 DVD’s so reviewing anything was out of the question. This weekend I’ll have some Nollywood reviews for you. I have a whole load of movies to watch.

Leila Djansi Swindled By Senanu Gbedawo

Ghanaian filmmaker and director Leila Djansi has now spoken on this issue that has been buzzing around the internet the past few days. The internet has been abuzz with the story that Senanu Gbedawo used Leila’s personal assistant to swindle large sums of money from her and to try to procure movie roles. Men are so shameless these days and its scary. Does the guy not have his own money? Is he not working? Shameless useless hegoat. You would think that the man would have more pride. In fact I am not surprised as I know that a number of these so called celebrities are absolutely shameless. Leila Djansi posted a note on her facebook page which I have copied and pasted.

Ufuoma Ejenobor Viciously Beaten By Policemen

On the 29th Of October Nollywood actress Ufuoma Ejenobor was viciously beaten by policemen in Lagos. I think that people were shocked because Ufuoma was looking wild eyed, shouting and screaming as one does not expect a celebrity to behave. When we see Ufuoma in the public capacity, as that is all most of us shall ever know of her she is the epitome of class and grace, she is always well polished and well spoken. Even in Nollywood movies we have not seen her acting any role that is similar to the way she behaved in the tape. What has all this got to do with the fact that she was angry about having just been beaten?
