Tragedy strikes for happily married newlyweds Pabi and Jimah when a domestic accident involving hot oil leaves his face horrifically disfigured with second degree burns. Jimah struggles to accept that he is irrevocably scarred and the devoted loving husband that she once knew is emerges angry and abusive monster, seemingly intent on driving her away.
A prominent married couple Taiwo and Sarah played by Uche Jombo and Kali Ikeagwu respectively, have a life that is marred by domestic violence. When things are going well, their relationship is blissful, but when it is going badly is hellish. October is Domestic violence month in the United States and it is during this month that Nollywood actress and now producer, Uche Jombo, has chosen to take her message against domestic violence to another level, with the tour of her movie Damage across the United States of America. Uche Jombo produced the movie the movie and is acting alongside some of Nollywood’s best, like Tonto Dikeh, Basorge Tariah Jr and Kalu Ikeagwu.
From the outside looking in Alex played by Ramsey Noah and Gina played by Omotola Jalade Ekeinde appear to have a great marriage. Both are successful within their own rights and living a great lifestyle, however beneath the charade lies insecurity, bullying and physical abuse. Alex is constantly berating his wife and accusing her of cheating on him despite no evidence to support his claims. One night on an evening out her dumps her on a dark and lonely road in one of his aggressive rages. She is honestly scared for her life when a lone car pulls up by her side.
