Lola (Genevieve Nnaji) and Uzo (Joseph Benjamin) meet during her youth service and are married after a 3 year courtship. On their wedding night Lola, a virgin is raped by armed robbers who break into their hotel suite, right in front of her new husband. Both bear the emotional and psychological burden that the rape places on them. She is emotionally scarred and has trouble having sexual relations with her husband, while her husband bears the guilt of not being able to protect her when she most needed him to. Their marriage is only two months but they are already seeing a marriage counsellor. It remains to be seen if they will be able to break down the psychological walls that keep them apart.

The battle for the government post gets more and more gruesome with even more being at stake when the discovery is made that Sam’s son Milton (Mike Ezuruonye) and Edna’s daughter Barbara (Chioma Chukwuka) are dating and will not heed their parent’s advice to stay away from each other. How long will the battle rage and who will be the casualties?
Dami played by Senanu Gbedawo works for the family business and his life is being controlled by his overbearing mother who is constantly calling him and ordering him about on her whims, so much so that his girlfriend Bimbo breaks up with him. Meanwhile him mother seems more impressed with her nephew Tunji played by Tchidi Chikere who has many many girls that he plays. She wants her son to be like this as opposed to serious with one girl. She sends Dami to do business in Abuja with his cousin TJ as a chaperone to make sure that he does not get serious with any girl. The question we must ask is why?
