A young mother is thrown out of her parents’ house, when they can no longer burden the shame after she falls pregnant for the second time without being wed. Her jobless boyfriend claims to want marry her but is not able to raise the dowry to do so. Despite pleading with her parents that he is serious, they have no interest in accepting his attempts to appease them until he brings elders from his village to meet them. The young couple are left to wallow with their daughter in the slums, until his uncle comes along to offer a helping hand, but Anita shockingly doesn’t factor into his plans and her husband absconds without her. Anita is bitter than she has been saddled with two children and no husband and begins in a fervent hunt to find a man but keeps on making the same mistakes over and over again.
Both John and his wife Linda are having an affair with different members of their domestic staff. Linda is having cheating with the driver and John is having an affair with the housegirl. The driver is putting pressure on Linda to dump her husband but she is reluctant to divorce because of business and financial reasons. Likewise the house girl is putting pressure on John too. The games begin when husband and wife add a new dimension to their cheating ways. Roselyn and Prince are the other couple in the movie. They have a tumultuous relationship marred with bickering, physical fighting. They are both continuously complaining about each other but cannot live without each other. They too seek pleasures outside their marital home.

Kristine Adams (Ciara Zita Galega) is a consultant oncologist is a hospital. Serena Rowlands Mills (Mzbel) is a top actress. All these women are friends and they have 2 things common. They are all single women looking for the man of their dreams.
Lisa played by Jackie Appiah and Chris played by Prince David Osei are in an arranged marriage and although Jackie is willing to make a go of it after dumping the love of her life Chris is cold towards her and refuses to do anything but live in the same house and sleep in the same bed together. He too has had to sacrifice his love for Martha, someone he dated for many years before he was ordered by his father to marry Lisa. A fateful day brings them back together when Chris’ car breaks down in front of her house as she is going for a walk. The ex lovers are brought face to face. Will they reunite their love? And what will Lisa’s frustrations drive her to?
A group of armed robbers played by Nadia Buari, Artus Frank, Prince David Osei, Lucky Lawson, Ruby Abodem Bothe and Lude Mawuli break into Chief Rama’s home to steal some money that they know is hiding there and end up shooting his son as both Chief and his wife (Kofi Adjorlolo and Kalsum Sinare) refuse to admit that they have hidden money in the house. It is only after their son is shot that they offer up the money to the robbers. The movie follows the robbers as they try to evade the law in an attempt to hold on to their ill gotten wealth. They are chased all over the city by the police trying to recover the stolen money.
Donald played Chidi Mokeme and his wife Emilia played by Jackie Appiah come back to Ghana from Germany to a brand new mansion built from money he sent his younger brother Ibe, played by Artus Frank. Emilia on her return suspects witchcraft in the house after spotting a tiger that Donald doesn’t see. When she visits her mother in law in the village she feels a mysterious itching and again suspects witchcraft. Back in the city she finds a dead bat and is convinced that is a deadly sign and threatens to move out, as she believes that Donald’s family are responsible. What is really going on?
Nollywood Movie Review: Jeff played by Artus Frank jilts his bride Samantha played by Nadia Buari on their wedding day, claiming that he does not want to be tied to a woman that he does not love. In the following weeks Jeff and Samantha randomly bump into each on the roadside but when their eyes meet Jeff flees. She tries to chase after him but he evades her, also refusing to pick up her calls. In a panic he decides to get out of town needing a change of environment. Almost immediately he meets Nicole played by Juliet Ibrahim and they get engaged to be married pretty much straight away. Samantha meets a new man Doctor Kay played by Prince David Osei, and appears to be moving on, but has she really moved on?
Nollywood Movie Review: Natasha Lawson lost both of her parents at the age of 10 and her only brother is her whole world. They live together in a shack in Accra, that is until the sudden disappearance of her brother which hits her very hard considering that she has no one else to turn to. She is alone, lonely and defenceless and easy prey for vultures and predators. After she is brutally gang raped something snaps in her where she doesn’t care so much about life anymore and she becomes a thief and then hardened criminal. The girl she was died and the woman in her become comes alive. She becomes a woman with no hope, dreams or ambitions until she meets a stranger that changes her life.
Maxwell meets Jenny when he runs her over in his taxi. He takes her of her until she is released from hospital and from there a friendship blossoms. Max falls on hard times and she promises to help him out as long as he promises that their friendship will last for eternity. He makes the promise but her definition of friendship does not match his and so it remains to be seen whether or not he will keep the promise and what the repercussions will be if he does not.
Frank, Leslie and Max are best friends. Leslie played by Ecow Smith Asante and given the title “Mummy’s Boy” is at loggerheads with his mother over taking over his father’s business. Max played by Prince David Osei and given the title “Mr Smooth” is constantly fighting with his girlfriend Mabel, played by Martha Ankomah who is titled “The Nag” because she wants to get married but he is not “ready for that level of commitment.” Frank, played by Majid Michel and given the title “desperado” is back in Ghana having been recently from Sweden after dabbling in the drugs trade. A central character in the movie is Leslie’s mother Catherine Cole, and she is given the title “She Who Must Be Obeyed,” and so called for reasons we found out later in the plot.
